General FAQ's

 

How old does my child have to be to participate?
Football and Cheer: 5 years old by July 31st
Baseball: 12u
Track & Field: 5 years old (8u)
Basketball: 10u

Where and when do I register?
You can register your child online or at one of our numerous registration events prior to the start of the season. Please contact our Registration Director for dates, times, and locations.


What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard. We also accept payments from your PayPal account.

You may also take advantage of our fundraising opportunity to assist with registration costs. Please contact the Registration Director or Fundraising Director for more information.


Do parents have any obligations during the season?
Parents rotate different job assignments given by the Team Parent. This includes gate or concession duty during home games. Game day assignments will be performed 2 hours prior to your child’s game. Parents are also required to assist with game day snacks. Your Team Parent will create and distribute a game day snack schedule informing you of your snack day.

What if my child does not like it?
Please refer to our Refund Policy.


Is there any other paperwork that is required?

In order for your child to be certified to participate, additional paperwork is required. The registration director will inform you of what additional paperwork is needed and the deadline to turn that paperwork in.


I have a friend that wants to join - When is the last day of Panther registration?

The Panthers accept registration throughout the year depending on the sport the child is participating in.


How can I get a game/meet schedules?
Game/meet schedules will be posted on our website as well as distributed via email.

How do I find another team’s playing field or meet venue?

Game and meet addresses will be posted on our website as well as distributed via email.

How is information distributed?
We try to use less paper and utilize different forms of communication, like email, internet and phone blasts. We will do our best to keep you informed of upcoming events. Team Coaches/Parents will keep you informed. You can also keep up with our current events by attending our General Meetings, visiting our website or reading our newsletters.
